I wouldn't recommend using it unless you are solo since it can lower your team's damage and annoy your teammates.
Roar is on par with xata's and is better in a lot of circumstances because of the way many things are calculated(slash for example).

- That can be very efficient at damage dealing when used with faction damage mods (because of how damage is calculated and Xata's Whispers being a bonus instance of damage). However, note that Rhino's Roar is often more powerful for boosting DoT.
- Also, some warframe abilities are considered like a weapon instance of damage (like Nova's 4th causing explosion when triggered by a weapon) so they benefit from the bonus damage.
- it applies to some weapon's exclusive mods like "Acid Shells" for the Sobek.
- it does boost the original incarnons perk that amps up damage on non-critical hits
- It does make you charge incarnon mode faster, as you "hit" twice.
