Exalted Weapons should have Rivens as well.
Aside from burrak, i cant think of a single reason why you would use an exalted weapon over a normal one. which defeats the purpose. Why "limit" ultimate, sacred weapons while boosting normal ones far past them? Why even make the weapons exclusive to the frame anyway if they suck arse? Why stop a hydroid from equipping excals exalted blade/wukongs pole if it only serves to literally DOWNGRADE and not benefit his melee capabilities in any way since the exalted weapons is weaker than an all-round-multi-purpose dagger?

Are these exalted weapons really just for lore-purposes? If so then why handicap a warframes skill set by including them instead of a possible skill that could go there that actually does deal damage/matters? Just so we'd have an easier time picking which skill to subsume over?

Why would anyone want to DOWNGRADE their damage by switching to their warframes exalted ability?

Add rivens, plus arcane slots on exalted weapons, Incarrons, ect treat them as normal weapons at the very least even if you dont elevate their status as "ultimate weapons" just having them normal and on par with normal weapons would be enough. All exalted weapons should follow burraks example, and be an actual choice for dealing damage. Instead of an easy subsume.

It would be nice if exalted weapons, responded to efficiency mods. But I'm sure there is a good reason why they don't.

They did ? the energy / energy drain became lower ? Duration also effected on energy drain too.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying but all good.

I misstated. Sorry.

What I should have said is that energy regen, from mods like energy nexus, don't work when an exalted weapon is in use. I think it would be nice if regen mods worked. And i say that selfishly because I don't have arcane energize; an arcane that seems to solve the energy economy issues in this game, and forgoes the need to use up precious frame mod slots, with lots of efficiency mods. :-) ggs.

energy regen act that way since the game been made, Helmith nourish also a easy way to gain tons of energy when pick up energy orb.

As fun as this would be this would be broken af

I.e. my titania currently burns 1.5 energy a second to stay afloat in razorwing, if energy nexus and other regens worked with channeled abilities I could stay airborne permanently while still generating energy without having to pick up orbs

True, what you say. True true.

I'll think about helmith options like nourish as suggested, and also alternative energy solutions with sentinel link mods and equilibrium.

I'm spamming exulted weapons too prob - live and learn, I must. XD

OP - you make good points now that I think about it, perhaps folk still use them because they're fun for folk, and also exalted weapons might get reworked to keep up with the power creep?

They could just boost the crit or power/damage on some exalted weapons and solve the 'downgrade' issue, i guess.

Yes please, we need a rework with some exalted weapon mechanics or give us a new good 4 ability, any solution is better than what we have now

All exalted weapons should have access to all melee mods no matter freakign what, I'm so tired that garuda can use something like blood rush and then other melee oriented exalted weapons don't..
