"Account suspended until Jan 01, 2035 due to End User Licence Agreement Violation"
After a whole day of playing warframe (same as every other day) i got logged out and this was the message I got. I read through the Terms of Warframe, and i did not do anything i wasn't supposed to AT ALL. After a little looking around i found a post from 2018 talking about the same issue. I wonder if anyone else has gotten this message recently, and did it get fixed? I am currently waiting on response from the support team.
My theory is that this could have something to do with the fact that me and my brother is playing on the same IP-address, which have caused us to get the "Strict nat detected" message. Me and my brother have also traded a lot of rivens (with no plat in return for the riven), which i guess could look like some "real money transactions".
If anyone have anything i need to know about any of this, please, help me out here =(

In addition, i have never gotten any tickets or warnings, ever. This came as a shock to me.

Thanks, I will tell support about the situation with my brother and hope that resolves the issue. thanks for the reply!

Sounds like they flagged you for RMT for the riven thing. Try to contact support and see if you can convince them otherwise. Then just don't do anything like that going forward. 2035 is their placeholder date for.all perm bans so they may just say tough bricks

I would have to second that support is the only way of getting clarity on the situation but one possibility is if someone else on the system has used software that the game flags. Also, if the players have made multiple accounts and they trade with each other ( like player A trades with player A's alt) that will flag the user account for review. Best you can do is to try to have as much information about the account as you can, be clear and polite in your communication with support and then cross your fingers. Some support tickets are solved in a professional and reasonable manner, some are not. It depends heavily on the staff and their mood at the time. Do your part and its that much more likely that you at least will get some resolution instead of being banned from even contacting support. Good luck with your tickets, and I hope you are able to get the issue ironed out.

Thank you, to both of you. One thing that is concerning me with all of this is how i can prove to them that it’s my brother.. and what information about the account are you thinking bout?

I agree with everyone else, that riven for no plat on such a new account most likely triggered a RMT flag.

And as to prove they are your brother? IDK, best way to go about this is contacting support and go from there.

This right here is against the EULA/ToS.

You are permitted to do multi accounting as long as you DON'T trade between those accounts, especially suspect trades.

Does that mean that i’m not allowed to trade with my brother because we play on the same IP-address?

I do not know. But surely you can see how for them that will look just the same as one person who trades between main and alt account? Which is forbidden. In any case noone here will be able to help you.

"it's not me ! it's my racist little brother" is literally the excuse of 95% offenders who come here to complain and no this excuse doesn't work.

As said, you are allowed to operate multiple accounts on same IP as long as you don't trade between them. Nobody cares if you have a brother or other irrelevant personal topics, the rules are simple, you may not like them but those are the rules, if you break them then you expose yourself to 2035 (permanent ban), DE isn't known to be lenient on rules breakers.

Good news is that you can create 2 new accounts and you'll be fine as long as you don't trade between them this time.

If you got banned for sharing an ip with your brother, that will be a first for me. But considering all these threads popping up lately, it was likely that.

He got banned because he traded rivens with his ``brother`` (in quotation marks because nobody can prove this person has a brother). This ban was most likely automated because to the system it looks like somebody who uses a second account as a mule to hold more rivens.
