This right here is against the EULA/ToS.
You are permitted to do multi accounting as long as you DON'T trade between those accounts, especially suspect trades.
As said, you are allowed to operate multiple accounts on same IP as long as you don't trade between them. Nobody cares if you have a brother or other irrelevant personal topics, the rules are simple, you may not like them but those are the rules, if you break them then you expose yourself to 2035 (permanent ban), DE isn't known to be lenient on rules breakers.
Good news is that you can create 2 new accounts and you'll be fine as long as you don't trade between them this time.
Ermm and why cant you trade between them? what is there to gain from that? how can that be abused?
