Shameless fn scammers even at LR , this guy was trying to get a Blaze off a clan member of mine for 25 plat , him being LR3 and my clannie being mr8

This was just the last thing that annoyed me about it but im always seeing this , real high MR players or even LR's that are simply the WORST mf's you will ever meet in trade chat and have an absolute lack of shame about scamming people ..

If any players like that are reading this , you are absolute garbage . and you re ruining the whole trading aspect of the game . f you

Use warframe market, trade chat is terrible with people just charging whatever they want with no regard for the market, worst part is, is that newbies fall for it and end up getting fleeced.

People in trade chat will almost always try to scam whoever wants to actually take them up on their offer. For example, 200p WTS for a Revenant Prime set and a 6:6 WTB Aya just flashed by.

Compared to wfm, it also seems to have an even higher number of "interesting characters" that will do stuff like see the offer with a clear mentioned price, go all the way to the dojo with the seller, ask for the price and upon hearing it again leave and block them.

It's a free market. People can sell for as high and as low as they want. It's up to the buyer to determine whether or not what they are buying is worth the price being asked, and if it's not, seek another seller.

Alternatives to the in-game trade chat like Warframe Market have their own trade offs when using them for both the buyer and seller.

I've been using it for years and it's not that bad. People make it out like it's the most horrible thing ever, probably because every youtuber and their mom says the same thing about trade chat being awful, or a waste of time, etc etc.

Yeah there's quite a few scammers, but I just ignore them when they offer a stupid price. I always check the market for prices, but I still trade using the trade chat, I'm just used to it, and I prefer it over the market.
