I'm at Legendary 2 with 658 items completed.
- For Zaws, it's the "strike" part. There are 11 different "strike" part.
- For Kitguns, it's the 'grip' part, no idea if buiding a primary or a secondary or both actually matters.
I suggest you look at Thekengineer guides on YouTube for an objective test of each combinations. TLDR : you won't keep many of them, evenif you rolled a nice riven, but there are some that are really good.
Also modular :
- Amps (Prism)
- MOA
- Robot-Hound (Sisters of Parvos)
- Deimos Pets, sort of.
Googling stuff like "zaw/kitgun/amp comparison chart" should net you some good information, so you can decide based off actual stats rather than "this handle does more crit but less status" descriptions. You'll probably find a googledoc comparison spreadsheet that has a lot of insight to kitguns, for example.
Like what post #1 says, use the profile to keep track of what you need to level since it's more complete than anything else.
Lemme pop in and clarify a little.
It's the chamber that's the core part for getting MR and the grip is what changes the primary or secondary. Also, it counts for both secondary and primary when leveling one type or the other.
Depends on your play style. Personally I use all the damage parts for kitguns and zaws, also prefer crit stat over status.
Its attack slow but its how I like them.
For the companion its more or less just how you want them to look, armor may matter but its for the min maxing. Parts also determine the polarity you going to get.
Though the core of the pet determine the ability that they use.

In short, It shows you everything you already have, what you have maxed out and it also shows you what you don't have (which may be because you really don't have it or you haven't claimed it from the forge).
I'm also at level 29 and I only need to get around 50k points to go up to 30. I already have what I need in the forge to obtain those points, so all that´s left is finish the process of leveling up what I already have in my inventory and selling prime junk to buy more slots to reclaim the rest (wich is not necessary, but I'm kind of a hoarder).
That's a good idea at first, but it doesn't apply to the OP, since in the first line of his thread he indicates that he already has all the weapons that can be purchased. The Codex shows you all the weapons/warframes/companions and things that gives you mastery points available in the whole game.
Like seriously, the first guy answered the exact same thing you all have answered despite me telling him directly that this isn't what I'm looking for.
