Will the new Dante stuff be tradeble at some point?
I am on the brink of just buying the stuff for platinum in the shop but not sure if later maybe one can buy Dante and his 2 weapons from other players or is this a farming only scenario here?

Dante and his weapon have a pity system, you can buy them from Loid with the new currency.

I farmed him up yesterday and it was one of the easier warframes I've farmed in while, it took about 90-120 minutes to have him fully crafting

It's a pretty mild farm. If you put in ~4 hours you're guaranteed to have all new stuff, even faster if you're lucky. Vocas, arcanes and steel essence as a side dish.
I think I've spent more time grinding in rnghell for some regular starter frames without any cool extras.

Why would you buy them? In 3 hours i had everything in the new shop. Maybe stay more then 2 rotations because Dante`s parts start dropping from the third rotation. In the second game i played we finished after 40 minutes with 2 complete Dante sets, the arm cannon bp, almost all the melee components and enough currency to buy the missing parts.

Also the weapons are not worth even 1 platinum. They are not even worth building. Both are a waste of time, resources and weapon slots.
I got dante in an hour, my recommendation is if you get a resource booster from your login bonus, go farm dante. I was lucky and got 3 parts I needed (the blueprint, chasis and neroptics) and I just bought the last part, figure the amount you need of the pity currency and play until round 5 (remember, its A-b-b-c-c) and if you don't get a dante part extract and go back in, alternatively you can go to round ten if your group is willing. Whenever you get a part drop subtract that from your currency goal until you either get lucky or have enough to buy the parts your missing, then buy all the parts and craft him. Its kinda a waste to buy any part then go into grind currency if you can't buy all the parts your missing since you might get the warframe parts from grinding, unless your going for 2 dantes for mulching.
Going to echo how absolutely easy it was to farm for everything.

If you have steel path open, do the mission on it instead of the regular one. You get about 6-7 of the special currency, with those on top of easily getting parts due to every round after 2 being C with a good team (or good weapons), getting all the parts in a short amount of time is easy.

For the weapons, leave after the second round and reroll the map, or if you're lucky, do the bounty version, which usually lasts for a round or two (depending on the actual bounty requirement). If you can solo it, just let two conduits get destroyed.

In fact, it's so easy that I actually wouldn't have minded having to pay twice the price of pity currency for the parts. Which is disgusting to say but I don't want to have DE go "well we didn't make any money on that, so we'll just make everything super hard to obtain!"

No, regular Warframes are never able to be traded.
At best he may eventually have an alternative way of obtaining him through the Duviri Circuit. But I don't think any frames have been added to that since launch and all the frames in it were ones added prior to the Duviri update. It's unknown if they plan to add more.
Guys, important question:
Do boosters improve the drop? Like spendiung 20 plat on a booster might shorten the grind, does it?

Nope

Bruh I farmed two sets of Dante in 1,5h and got the weapons with currency. Buying Dante is the biggest waste of plat ever.
