tennocon tactical backpack thing?

hey I just wanted to ask if anyone knows what this backpack is that is on the launcher if you click onto the tab with the tennocon 2024 digital pack display with excal with some sort of radio backpack/syndana in a modern military sort of style. is this something that I can buy/obtain? it looks awesome and I love the modern asthetic of it.

The digital pack doesn't include a key to participate in the convention, the others do.
The more expensive options include the digital pack.

I mean if the syndana in the picture with the backpack is the one thats being advertised with the tickets then id probably get the digi pass and not use it
