they can possibly make a mountain climber themed warframe designed to have a thick coat and goggles. It'd have unique movement abilities along with being able to spread cold procs. Perhaps it could even summon a small iceberg similarly to frost's snowglobe (measures would need to be in place so that this warframe can't block teammates with it)
Otherwise, you could also have some sort of yeti/forest cryptid theme going on with big blue eyes. I can see it have abilities that center around for example freezing enemies that make direct eyecontact with it and once enough enemies have looked at it for long enough it can activate some sort of enrage ability that'll make it rampage around the place throwing huge ice spikes and slamming people into walls until the enrage meter drains to 0 again
Id prefer a traditional caster frame a la ember, personally.
Passive gives their abilities 10% crit chance per cold stack on an enemy.
1 is a spreading gas cloud that does cold damage.
2 is a slow field that damages enemies who walk into it. Augment trades the slow for armor strip.
3 is an icicle projectile that gains an additional 50% crit damage when used on frozen/10 stack cold enemies
4 is an AoE channeled hailstorm that rains icicles down around them (and has an additional 50% crit damage). Augment trades the crit damage for +100% critical strike chance.
Something similar to Mesa, if that makes sense. Imagine the possible combos too! Could make an ice/snow angel fashion frame with it!
That's be pretty cool. That frame might also be able to fill the niche of Chroma and Lavos for some missions.
