Obviously they are for the complete version of the quest which will be play-tested, debugged, balanced and released few months later.
As for now - I've stopped releasing the same prisoners over and over again after the character got killed 5+ times doing this.
Gameplay design is a disaster in New War. Made me want to rush the whole chain and be done with it asap, almost immediately, starting from the second mission and its incomprehensible robot puzzles (Corpus segment).
you meant the part in Cetus where you free Konzu and after you can optionnaly free Hai-luk, hok and teasonnai ?
it did not trigger anything for me either as far as I can tell... but, at this point the operator has its void powers back, so you can just fly around with void dash, and hide in void mode... which makes it way easier... (worked for me... wish I could have done that earlier in fortuna...)
