DE, I just gotta say, thank you thank you thank you.

It's rare for companies to ACTUALLY listen to their playerbase and I applaud them for listening and building upon what was originally offered. They had the opportunity to be extremely greedy or just repeat their old mistakes but they took the feedback and built off of it.

I'm so glad they actually listened, and assuming they stick to this post, and do everything promised.. this will restore my faith greatly in the company and devs.

Beginning July 20 at 11 a.m. ET, Ember Heirloom releases.

you can purchase the Ember Heirloom Collection in one of two ways: either with Platinum or real-world currency. Individual Ember Heirloom Customizations will also be available for purchase via Platinum (no need to buy everything in a single bundle).

Available for purchase with real-world currency.

I remember asking in clan chat whether the next heirloom would be available for platinum (because due to my geographical position I am banned by DE from any form of real world currency purchase within the game) and getting laughed at for even implying the possibility of it. Good to know DE are still largely doing right by the players.

inb4 Mr. "I can't buy Excalibur Prime so DE are soulless anticonsumer scum worse than EA, Activision and Blizzard combined" shows up.

Umbra is arguably better than prime. It's such a silly arguement.

I hope they make last year's buyable at some point with platinum too. That Mag skin was pretty cool but way to expensive.

Honestly as somebody who actually owns that pack, I wouldn't mind if that were the case either. I'd happily void all the "exclusivity" of it if it means it's a reliable, constant method of obtaining such thing.

FOMO and "timed exclusives" are a slippery slope and once started, the almost never, ever stop. We're lucky DE actually listened to feedback, which I'm super thankful about as I enjoy WF a lot and don't want them to go the Makeship route.

I feel like somebody somewhere is gonna bring up Excal Prime when this topic arises.

nope, sadly not , because DE screw up umbra excal ,i still waiting DE remove the bot from umbra.

The skin looks amazing. I don't even play Ember and I'm considering picking it up. My only complaint is that the Frost skin won't see the same treatment.

nope, that augment is a joke , sometime it still not working and umbra excal still walking around ,i wanna cope how good umbra still is, but i cant, sacrifice 1 mod slot for just to make him standing still is kind a bad.

DE should make a segment that allow us to choose letting that umbra excal move it self , or stay still forever.

The skin is amazing , but i really hope DE give Amber some buff so i can keep playing her a while.

On a side note, Mag and Frost heirloom will not be coming back, they said about it last year so it will stay that way. The same as founders item.

This is a good move by them and i'm happy about it but there will be always people that are mad and insult DE for not bringing back founder items and now mag/frost heirloom.

Honestly they could get around this by designing new skins with similar aesthetics that way the originals can stay as they are, but other people can still get the looks they'd like. There'd be differences yeah, but at least it wouldn't be nothing.

Just an idea.

the only thing i want from old ember is her 2nd that make enemy more vulnerable from fire damage .
