where do we find the orokin ciphers, pls someone help :/

You get those by succesfully raiding an Orokin Vault. You find these in certain Orokin Derelict missions. These are infested lvl 25-35. The keys can be bought from the market and are rather cheap to create. I HIGHLY recommend you go on exterminate for vault runs. Because, after you raided the vault, all enemies go corrupted.

Now, in addition to the key to get into the derelict, you'll need what's called a "Dragon Key". There are 4 of these, each with a massive debuff. Bleeding Dragon Key reduces your health to 25%, Hobbled Dragon Key gives you a 50% movement speed reduction, Decaying Dragon Key and Extinguished Dragon Key give you 75% reduction on all damage and shields (Can't remember which one of these two does what). You'll want to have a four player party where each player has a different key equipped, because the vault in your map requires one of these keys at random.

Basically, enter the derelict, kill everything, look for vault, loot it, get out. Don't worry about not getting anything when you pick up the vault relic, you only get the cipher and the corrupted mod when you actually complete the mission.
