Deck of Cards Weapon Suggestion
I am amazed there has been no weapon in relation to that of a deck of cards, since that is such a common type of weapon in so many games. So here, I'll make one for you, DE.

Name: Kartuud (Cards in Mongolian)
Tenno-made
Secondary

Projectile style: thrown (kunai-like).

Damage: Slice, random base elemental damage (toxin, cold, electricity, heat) depending on the cards flung (because there are four types of cards in a standard 52 deck), each card will have their respective elemental FX applied to them to indicate they are of a specific type.

Innate 3 multishot. All multishot will actively draw ammo from the deck (so 3 multishot will drain 3 ammo per attack, 5 will drain 5, so on and so forth).

Ammo: 52 magazine size (standard deck of cards size), infinite reserves (you're recalling the cards you throw).

Your Warframe holds a contraption that is used to house a deck of cards in their right hand, using their left hand to swipe forward to fling cards out of the front of the stack holder. When reloading it, your Warframe will hold up the contraption in the air and recall all cards that have been flung back into the contraption, dealing damage a second (or first, if they missed when you flung them) time if they fly through enemies on their way back (they home in on enemies as they are recalled). Once all cards have been recalled, you can start attacking once more.

I'm leaving out most of the technical stats like attack speed, damage numbers, and reload speed simply because I don't know what would be best for it. I could say a bunch of numbers that I think would be nice, but chances are those numbers are either so worthless that they're going in the trash immediately or so stupidly broken that they're instantly going to become the new meta. I like the idea of throwing out a bunch of cards on a battlefield and watching them all ping off enemies as they're being recalled, though. And the whole recall mechanic itself would be a pretty unique thing among the many weapons in Warframe.

Unfortunately they wasted this already on...i'm not sure which is the bigger waste that it's a throwing knife skin, or part of a limbo bundle.

No but the way DE names their weapons is that they usually take an Asian language and englishifies some word. Zhuge is a prime example.

Ah yes, because Zhuge liang, the famous chinese tactician from the romance of the three kingdoms, has not simply been called "zhuge" in pop culture for decades.

But like, the wiki indicate that the Zhuge would be translated as crossbow. What does the cards being Mongolian have to do with anything ?

Because it's a DECK OF CARDS WEAPON. WHAT PART OF THIS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I TOOK THE MONGOLIAN WORD FOR CARDS AND MADE IT INTO AN ENGLISH WORD, LIKE HOW ZHUGE HAS BEEN PORTED FROM CHINESE.

From the wiki

The Zhuge is named after the Chinese word for the repeating crossbow, Zhūgé nǔ (諸葛弩), literally meaning "the Zhuge [Liang] crossbow", in turn named after its purported inventor Zhuge Liang. Zhuge Liang was a Chinese chancellor that lived during the Three Kingdoms Period of China, and is considered one of the greatest strategists of the era.

Sure the Zhuge translate to literally crossbow and DE does like making references.

But why would a deck of card be named like that just because it means cards in Mongolian ? There is like nothing in media world that references Mongolian and throwing cards together.

Sure playing cards came from China but they probably didn't invent throwable cards.

Sounds very unfit, since you used (Mongolian ) name, the weapon should represent Mongolian, and i highly doubt DE will putting effort adding those Card mechanics you suggested.
