Magistar or Sancti Magistar?

Sancti Magistar has higher base stats and crit chance but 0.10 lower riven dispo tho ive heard that the Regular Magistar gets bigger bonuses from the incardnon genesis?? how so i cant find a full explanation to this is it true or a community myth?

Just as a side note reminder... the Magistar is still that somewhat low MR Hammer that to craft it 1st you needed to go through the [iSibear[/i]'s 30k of the items you usually get in Excavation missions, right? Heck, I didn't crafted the initial weapon requirement one much less thinking of the 2nd one.

And if memory serves me right I still even hadn't crafted the regular version so I think that going for the Syndicate related one might also be easier to achieve too.

and its one of the best melee weapons atm because of the Magistar incarnon genesis
