Generally the weaker variant always gets bigger bonuses from incarnon so both weapons can be evened out in power.
As far as I saw the stronger variant usually ends up being the better one anyway.
This is especially visible with Sancti Magistar that receives lifesteal on every hit when Incarnon is active, unlike the normal one.
ok but why do you want to do that? and do you run all other things that add to direct weapon damage? because again, if not....what does it matter?
So yeah. Regular over Sancti, if for stat-stick.
Otherwise... whatever floats your boat.
