Any ideas on how to make Zenitsu from Demon Slayer on Warframe

I definitely know that I should use Volt and the Nikana but is there any other accessories and things that I could get to make him? I saw a video on someone who made him but idk what the accessories are since im fairly new to Warframe (about 30 hours in)

Volt Arrester Helmet, Volt Zener Skin, Syandana looks like the Izvara Syandana. The Emblem on the shoulder are the Ki'Teer Sekhara.
The idiot who made the video does not know how to showcase there fashion and kept moving around randomly. I don't mean to call them an idiot but never spazz out like that when doing a fashion video. I don't think he had any attachment on. The Yellow color used seems to be from the Beach or Halloween Palette.
