Perhaps it's simply rng, as folk say. Perhaps it's better when everyone is farming for the same item in a squad. I've had better luck that way.

I don't know if Hydroid systems blue print drop chances are similar to 'rare' relic drop chances. I think the RNG drop rates may be slightly tweaked I've read, based on seeds generated for players at game login. IDK. It's a bit of a mystery but interesting at the same time!

On the plus side, sometimes, everyone has a good RNG story, where good item dropped when no one was expecting it, and that's always fun. (good rng - luck)
I hear alot about picking up normal frames from 'the circuit' but I need to look more at how that works, when time allows.
