Also who the hell even uses ciphers, skill issue much?
After 4000+ hours, the hacking minigame will have well worn off its gimmick for the average person. Also around that time you'll be drowning in so much resources you can afford to craft thousands of ciphers easily.
It's around this milestone I started using ciphers all the time whenever possible. I have muscle-memory mastered the hacking game already, it's just a "meh" routine at this point best skipped. In some Spy rooms you often have to hack multiple times, those 5 secs add up to many minutes which you'd rather just rush through.
I can hack in sorties just fine and quickly. But for everything else: gottagofaster.
OP: if hacking really bothers you,
1) put on your Parazon: Auto Breach + Failsafe + Intruder mods.
or
2) if you can spare the ability slot on your frame(s), use Helminth's perspicacity skill.
or
3) Use a MOA companion with the Security Override mod equipped (Moa auto-hacks nearby consoles for you)
