And someone who pays for them with black market platinum. It will then simply be deducted. Your ACC will be in the minus. The suspension will remain suspended until your account is in the plus. On request there was no info let alone an email that was removed from platinum because it was black marketed platinum.

You'd be suprised if I told you how easy it is to remove that authenticator from your ubisoft account.
My old phone broke. Couldn't access the authenticator app anymore. I didn't have the email with the emergency one time use codes they give you once you activate that authenticator. I contacted the support and all they wanted was to reply to their mail to confirm that it's me which means anyone with access to my email could easily get into my ubisoft account, so two different password for two accounts won't make any difference. With the 2FA authentication removal you also have to write a new password without providing the older one.

Because if so, you're essentially working to get the account banned so that the new user is unable to profit from it, you're not working to get the account back.

Accounts that have 2FA bypassed one way or another, receive the same treatment as if they were sold, it's a permaban, either because it was sold and the user is trying to recover it (to sell again) or there was to much careless behavior with the account (which is the owners responsibility btw)

I wish you all the best, maybe you'll get lucky, who knows, but keep your expectations on the permaban if you had 2FA enabled

This sounds insane. Are you saying it is legit to sell accounts?

Regardless of 2FA if I have credit card receipt from buying plat and or prime access there is no way they should deny my being able to claim my own account from theft.

OP is more likely to have a trojan bot spamming log in or something than having sold their account and trying to recover it, that would be really dumb wouldn't it? All the person would have to do that he sold it to would be to notify the devs he paid for the account and it would get banned.

Email accounts also need a 2-3 step certification that no one else can enter unless they have their cell phone to get the code. No i'm saying it's not allowed, but ppl do it anyway, especially scammers who will try to sell the same account 2 or 3 times
