Has anyone had issues with cross-save?

I started up a new switch account and I was thinking about linking it to my PC account, but I'm wondering if I should wait until it's more stable. I'm MR27 and I don't wanna end up losing stuff if it somehow messes up.

Make sure you read before you do it or else you would end up losing everything on you main. cross save link worked for me just fine.

I have my alt that I started on PC and my xbox account that is now cross save.

Essentially it has you link all your accounts, you choose a main account and it deletes all the other accounts. You get to pick the main account though, so you'll only lose the progress you want to lose.

Alternatively, if you have multiple accounts, just make them cross save without linking them. Then you lose nothing.

-Someone told me plat doesn't transfer, I can't confirm this as I had spent all my plat before going cross save.

Plat does transfer with Merging accounts. I had 300 on my PC, I merged my PS account (had 100 plat) to PC, now I have 400 plat

Plat from a Switch account doesn't transfer.

I'm mr24 and had the same fear switching my main from Xbox too PC, just read carefully and you'll be fine, it double confirms with you about which account will be your new main and which accounts or account you'll lose(get merged) before anything happens so you should have no problems. no issues on my end at all after the merge either

I had an issue because at one point my I did a PC to console transfer, which made me ineligible for the merge. No problem I thought, I made no progress on consoles. Little did I know when I was redeeming Twitch prime rewards they were going to one of my console accounts. When I did the linking, I ended up losing all of that except for one suit.

This wouldn't apply to you, but that's my story. I should mention I was doing this a week or two ago. This was when the devs opened it up again after closing in December.

They ironed out most of the kinks already with the various cross save betas they already had. Just read carefully and pick the right option and you should be fine.

platinum and creds combine. maybe you should read the instructions more clearly.

They were testing it like a month before, and officially released it yesterday. It's safe to assume it's fine to use now, I just merged my PC account into my PS4 account, PS4 was my primary account, and I had no issues merging. Was able to log in and play all of yesterday using my old account. Just read everything and make sure you double check before you confirm anything and you'll be fine.

people have been crying for years for cross save, and the devs have said over and over and over and over and over and over and over that they wanted to make sure that they worked out all the kinks before they released it... so the fact that they released it now means they are confident that it works

Your cute. And I did, it said it won't merge accounts and that it deleted what ever wasn't the main one. It also didn't touch on plat in the instructions, this was before it appeared as "Officially released" in the actual game.

In any case, it doesn't matter. Cross save isn't having any issues.

I made a PC account like 2 months ago waiting for this to go live, I made my MR 18 Xbox Account with 5 plat my Main profile or primary account I think they called it, then linked it with my PC account MR 0, 0 plat to that account. Instantly my PC Steam account became MR 18 with 5 plat and all my progress was transferred over. Ship decorations, everything in my foundry I hadn't collected in the last 6 years, etc. Not sure how all plat purchases will work, im sure theirs some stipulations in there with dates of purchases and what not but my 5 transferred over.

Just make sure you read the steps before advancing forward, it's pretty straight forward.

I have played on ps5 and ps4, im trying to play on pc now with the same progression but i have already linked an pc account to my warframe account that i canot acess, i made it so all the progression stays on the ps5, can i still play warframe with the same progression on my pc account??
