Cross save Tennogen

I'm really super confused about this. I can't play on pc anymore so I put my account on switch, and half of my graxx skins are missing. I understand that I still possess them and they'll be there if I log on pc, but why aren't they here ? Is it a temporary thing or should I not expect to get them ever on console ?
The weirdest thing is for exemple, the nyx graxx skin, when I scrolled trough my frames in the arsenal, nyx showed up with the skin, it was actually there, and when I equipped here later it just disapeared, I it was nowhere to be found in the cosmetic screen.
So they are in the game, but for some reason you can't access them ? what the hell ?

Tennogen bought on pc after the cross save announcement in november of 2023 is only for pc, tennogen bought on consoles after the cross save announcement in november of 2023 is only for consoles. If you bought them before the announcement they should there, if that's the case contact support but they have a lot on their hands so you'll have to wait a bit. But if you bought them after the announcement there's nothing you can do except buy them again.

I bought them years ago, so it's an issue on their end ? I'm not in a hurry or anything, just confused. I'm not sure I explained things correctly tho, when I say the skins are not there, they're not in the market either, half of the graxx stuff is missing there too :/ I'll fill in a ticket when I have time thanks guys
