Since it doesn't state that it's exclusive I suspect that it will eventually become available through other means.

same kinda situation as the heirloom pack. people want one specific thing and DE is forcing them to buy it via large bundles to artificially inflate the price.
just shut up and don't buy it, nobody will fault you for not wasting 130 euro on digital bullcrap that will cease to matter in a few years
