Steel Charge or Corrosive Projection for excal
I dont know which one to choose, i like both too much.
The +60 melee damage is some good stuff but the armor reduction on enemies is amazing and very much appreciated.
What do you guys prefer?

that's a weird question
you should be able to decide that depending on other auras and the mission you are playing
having steel charge might be better most of the time , unless the rest of the team uses CP, in that case adding one will remove armor completely, which will be more effective than a single steel charge anyway
but if you are against corpus or infested CP is totally useless, it doesn't do anything there.

CP for high level grinner otherwise steel charge, as it has a massive effect on Exalted Blade.

the bonus from the aura is adetiv to pressure point...
e.g.: a weapons with 100 base DMG - with pressure point 220 - and spoiled strike 320 - will always "only" gain 60 dmg from steel charge

oxium drones and some units from he infested have armor, espacaly bosses.

However in low level Steel Charge may be stronger but in long Surv/Def/Excavation i recommend to use CP

Or you could get Coaction Drift and put it on exilus or something if you'd like, you strip all armor if the other 3 have CP AND you get to keep Steel Charge, it's what I do.

You are forgetting that Excal has an ability called Exalted Blade which uses Steel charge and other base damage mods as a multiplier (not an additive bonus).

uhh no
90% of corpus and infested don't have armor
you can even make drones explode themselves, and their armor is laughable anyway

Just slap CP on.
Void is the only high-level place you'll be going regularly and it is useful there.
Enemies CP doesn't help with die instantly from exalted blades rofldamage anyway so there's no point in min-maxing that.

Cp is only useless against infested -which are barely a threat- and corpus -you probably don't want to bring exca into a high-level corpus survival sortie hellhole anyway.

Steel charge. CP isn't that useful if you don't go for some retardedly long endlesses. Charge, on the other hand, buffs EB and makes your damage sky-high on blidned targets.

You will get arrested if you have CP, best stick with Steel Charge.
Kawalorn Mar 14, 2016 @ 3:25pm
CP. And add a - polarity to your aura. If you're going against corpus you might swap it for Shield Distruptor which has the same polarity or just put on Energy Siphon for better energy management.

I put - polarity on aura slot on every frame I own since the best auras use it.
