It depends if RNG-sus loves you or not. I have to farm Ivara in spy missions like 300 times to get all the parts.

I'm poor as well, there actually is a story behind my nova systems struggle
one day, my raid group did both laws of retribution and got arcane barrier from it
so the leader of the group proposed to farm nova systems for me if I traded my copy of the arcane to her
and so she went to farming, got it first try, then her game crashed, rip
after that she farmed quite a bit more and even brought me along for some runs, nope
in the end, she just bought it with plat, I used said plat to acquire the systems

Yeah heard she's a pain in the ass to farm. (Other than the luck ones that gets all parts on 4th try.)
