Do you lose all rewards when you fail survival/defense later?

If I succeed the first 5 mins/waves of a survival or defense mission and decided to keep playing and lose. Do I then loose all rewards or only those of the last segment?

if u leave/run outta revives/disconnect, you will lose all exp/rewards/mods/everything if you do not extract when u get the option every 5 waves

Well, you keep some of the affinity and credits.
