doing nekros/hyroid farm, does loot despawn?

Which is why its frustrating when people go off by themselves in long missions - you lose all the loot they're dropping.

Reason why I only play Defense with pubs nowadays.
But loot doesnt despawn on a timer (if there is then its got to be round 20 min then) it seems to be the amount so dont go too crazy and you should be fine (think about grabbing the stuff after the 2nd big wave or so if not just go OCD and grab it when it appears)
