Will they ever do a mod like this? Or sweeping serration prime, or would it just be a bit too overpowered.

I think they will not be doing that, not because of the over-powered or nay ... just that, dE said they will change the way how dmg are made on the range weapons by removing all the dmg mods, and change the system to higher level the weapon is ... the more damage.

Only things that have been primed are once rank 3-5 mods.
Sweeping serration was an event mod.
Primed jagged edge MAY have a possibility one day, but I'm not holding my breath for anything.

Essentially, yes. Of course, if they do that, that opens up a whole other can of worms, because Heavy Caliber becomes significantly more powerful as a result. I'm curious to see how the rebalance goes, but it's going to be a delicate procedure- whenever one mod is changed, it also alters the effectiveness of the other mods.

Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane? Do you know how much that would cost? Thats 32+ mil for a rank 15 mod if rank 10 costs 1 mil.
