It's not hard to use the search function. Toxin is still the best element.

You can make viral+heat combo, extremely potent
if not the most optimal build you can make right now.

Toxin works well, Heat works well. Combine pure toxin into Corrosive. With heat you can go Corrosive-Heat or Viral-Heat. Both are good.

I'd say heat because you need either toxin or heat for the optimal builds but heat liches aren't as annoying to deal with.

Unless you can nuke them with meta gear they still stay an annoyance past level 4.
Bulletsponge, high damage and high mobility put into one enemy with mediocre AI.

Toxin makes them more annoying because of their radiation + toxin ability set

Toxin because it's most versatile. It's is used in every build that has any potential.

I have a rad brakk if ya need it, as for toxin liches I've found speed running with a Mac power str volt seems to be best paired with the zenith and his shields to block incoming dmg or just shoot thought the blast doors altogether with the zenith

if you go in ill-prepared ofc it will be tougher, unless you prefer to waste your time fighting bullet sponges when other weapon options exist. lich murmur grind is long enough

Heat Bramma

Bramma is not a spam weapon. You want the largest amount of armor strip per shot, to make each shot count the most; that's heat.

Toxin Brakk

Toxin will translate into corrosive for armor stripping. Multi pellet means multi status applications to stack up corrosive.

Ill prepared means anything that isn't meta in this case.
You know that some of us enjoy variety in their weapon choices?

My cernos prime with viral+rad that normally shreds level 100+ grineer takes way too long to tickle a level 5 lich without resistances to death. (even when constantly hitting headshots with crits galore and some corrosive stacks )
I don't think that they need to be easier but they aren't supposed to be your everyday gunfodder anyway (unless you cheese them ofc)

Feels like they added boss type damage caps as a trade-off for the status vulnerability.

Its really weird.
The caps seem to be inconsitent and vary among different weapons that have similar stats.

I feel like toxin will be ideal since it seems that viral and corr will be top for a while
