Care to explain what you do exactly? I ask because there are people who get confused in the process of obtaining weapons from liches or sisters. Basically, if you took the Lich to Saturn Proxima and killed it there, he/she should give you the weapon and it stays in the foundry, unless you spare he/she by mistake. Only sometimes you receive an email when they have some ephemera apart from the weapon and you claim it that way.
If you did all of the above correctly and still didn't get the prize, what remains is to make a ticket to DE through the game's main page (not through Steam).
Check in the railjack area your lich might be on Saturn there
Ok, lets see... I'm going to summarize the process for farming a lich or sister:
1.- Kill the Kuva larvling/Candidate
2.- Gather murmurs to identify the requiems, by killing Thralls or Hounds.
3.- Find the exact combination of requiems required and make the Lich/sister flee to Saturn Proxima.
4.- When you defeat the Lich/sister choose between "Convert" (which leaves you the character as an ally to use as railjack crew and/or in mission assistant or even exchange it with other players) or "Kill" which gives you the Kuva/Tenet weapon that said enemy uses (and even some ephemera from time to time).
I get the impression that you made an inadvertent mistake at point 4. Go to your dojo´s Crimson Branch and check if it is there.
If I remember correctly, the option on the left is "Convert" (if you chose that, nothing to do) and the one on the right is "Kill". Now you just have to remember which side the option you chose appeared on.
Yes, I explained that same thing above.
