How do you get Shayura's Wrath?

To be fair, if the weapon is actually a zaw, it shouldn't be too hard recreating it for your own use. So that is a positive!

I never liked having to focus on individual enemy types I just make builds that would be good overall with all enemies.

It is a zaw weapon, you basically gather the parts and have the guy assembly them. I don't know the specifications. I just saw the same weapon on his video.
