Apostasy Prologue not triggering?

I just completed chains of harrow quest and I have the personal quarters installed but Im still unable to start the quest.

Yup those are the two requirements. Can you enter the personal quarters? Is harrow fully built?

Harrow isnt built I just completed the quest for the blueprint. Still need the parts.

Hmm yea everything I have seen says quest ends at the blueprint so should be good. Is apostacy showing up in the quest tab now?

No. It only shows in the codex listing the prereqs which Ive already completed

Do you see a begin button in the codex entry?

I found some old things that may or may not help

1. Switch to solo only mode
2. Restart the game
3. Check your inbox, maybe something chains of harrow related in there
4. Check if the orb to start is there

I would recommend a post on the official Warframe help forums by now. Say everything you have tried and may get a new answer there.
