tauforged violet shard question
before i put them on Kullervo i have a question the description says

"Gain +37% meleee critical damage WHEN MAX ENERGY IS OVER 500, the damage boost double"

that means just the max energy meaning that i can have for example 300 energy with 641 max cap and still have that double boost or that i need to have more than 500 energy avariable all time ?
