A question about vaulting system

is it like genshin or honkai banners where with new updates comes a rerun banner or when it's vaulted, it's gone for good? and if it is like those games, how's the cycle and how to know about it?

items in the vault will come back periodically. if you check market in the prime ressurgence tab, you can see which are unvaulted at the moment and how long until the next rotation.

and yes, i believe once they're vaulted, missions will no longer drop relics for those. so unless you play with someone who had relics saved up, you cant get these until they resurface.

I highly suggest you to click that latest WarFrame's (WF's) Announcement News link and then read it's content thoroughly.
It's never vaulted to never return. Although in some cases it may take a little time longer than others due to those being recently unvalted and then re-vaulted.

i see, so the best approach would be to grind for aya and wait it out for resurgense refresh, thanks

Not quite, they return to Varzia as Relics that you can acquire through Aya as you pointed before. The link I've posted mainly states the WF's next expected callendar for the upcoming Prime Ressurgences upon that thread's 1st post (up until the next Feb' 21st, if not mistaken).

For ex., soon I'll return to hunting down Oberon Prime's Relics (from Varzia[warframe.fandom.com]) all over again.

got it, so im gonna grind for aya for now even though i already have 44 but just in case, i gotta make sure i get gara whenever she's around
