Depends on your timezone. Here in Finland they usually come around 19:00 - 21:00

That's correct, and for European timezones Canada is somewhere around -5h to -8h

If you just type something like "14:00 london ontario" or "2pm canada" google will spit out time at your location above search result.

That is unless you are VPNing from some other time zone of course.
