I think the OP's point is that the scalpers are.
It's not scalping since you aren't taking it away from them in the first place, but your complaint is still silly. You are mad that you can't profit off of people having a bad time anymore. It's like a store being mad that they can't charge high prices for groceries in a remote town now that they built a highway to ship goods in cheaper.
