Warframe keeps freezing

I'm sure this has been discussed before but anyone else game continuously freezes up multiple times? It is extremely annoying and the fact that I have to start over in some things is highly annoying. I honestly don't know what to do. And yes, I have an updated computer.

this is dx11, right? it is prone to memory leaks. Try to switch to Dx12 in the Launcher Settings please. it should give you a way smoother experience. (for a 1080TI or higher!) - Launcher needs a Restart to switch then.

if this persists, do a Benchmark. next time it happens, check the Logs! you will see ONE component way over the usual numbers... in case it is a hardware limitation here. This is where you can adjust Settings. But of course you have to see what causes this first.
