Best Glaive Prime \ Cerata build?

Hey.
I have both the Glaive Prime and the Cerata and I was wondering if anyone knows what's the best build for either one of them to be relevant for high level (sortie 2-3 kinda level) Spy missions. Mostly for taking down Sensor Regulators or Nullifiers. Using throw attack only, of course.
I've seen some good builds, especially for Cerata, but I didn't get to see how they hold up against real high level enemies, and I dont have the Simulacrum unlocked yet.
