First reply is right, Primed Chamber is by far the rarest thing in the game. there was an event where 100 were given to the first players to reach a certain point, after that there was another event where another 40 were given out. since then there's been nothing about this particular mod, no more events no rare drops and nobody knows how many of them have been accidently sold or smushed to make something else better. for allw e know there could be 140 or there could be less then 10 in game. either way. it IS the rarest item.

Primed chamber was transmutable once
it was also given away at livestreams
i'm pretty sure the unreleased auras are rarest, i mean primed chamber was given away at events AND transmutation, while those auras were ONLY available through a transmutation bug, well affinity amp aura was "accidentally" available during halloween, but after that ALL of the copies were removed and replaced with legendary cores, it doesn't even exist anymore
