Good thing is you'll get back everything the lich stole from you when you kill them.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this I didn't know.
I'm not as worried now.
Cheers
there is no Reason to go beyond Lvl 65 apart from Sortie! This means new Players dont have to adapt to anything. It is enough to do auto-modding and use your favourite first Meta Toy... People will carry your behind. This explains Group Performance we see in Archon Fights every day.
so this was changed: No more Cookies! Noobs are forced into high Level Fights this way and to grind out their Railjack. Modding, Fissures and Relic Refinement is suddenly mandatory to grind the Lich. It is like the real Intro to the Game!
It is good to see new Player being transformed into Steel. The Lich will steal its way through your Primed Parts and Rivens soon. Any System, which forces high Level Grind, is very welcome!
Support or Plat will NOT help you! DE knows exactly why this is in place.
Considering the only way to get one is to voluntarily trigger it, there already is a system.
And considering that I triggered my 1st one without even realising after that weirdo Larvae prompt Mercy Kill, I'm seriously inclined to say that most new players will also fall for it. And thus, perhaps having an assorted Syndicate disconnecting system to those Kuva Liches and/or Sisters of Parvos[/i] wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
Afterall, if the new Daggath patch already forced 1/4 of my regular Syndicate farming points for Relics to be purposedly diverted into getting Abyssal Beacons, then why not further increase the already forking high Syndicate grind fest into a new steeper level?
Considering that more than half the players who have created liches have killed them, it's clearly not that big an issue.
I REALLY liked it when they were talking about it, FAR before what we actually got.
The original thought was a nemesis, a true personal enemy of you and your clan, one that you would have build up to fighting.
That sounded like such an interesting cool concept to focus on when playing the game.
but man that was all "too hard" I guess and what we got......well pretty much sucks.
Considering that your statistical value was simply yanked out of nowhere without any evidences to support it, it may indeed be a bigger issue than you're actually trying to dismmissal its portrait.
And my 1st Kuva Lich wasn't a big issue for me, even if it rampaged into a Level 4 before I finally decided to go thoroughly reading through that specific Parazon's wiki part[warframe.fandom.com].
Although if the game now has an internal guidance system on how to approach those for newer players, I'd be happy to hear about it.
Edit add note: Correcting the Parazon link to be more accurate.
