I wouldn't recommand Glaive P, the Reaper P should be easier to mod but with what you currently probably have you won't notice a huge difference with the skiajati. You could try playing another one handed scythe (a cheap one) to see if the playstyle suits you , and if it does then buy it. It's currently around 40pl. It can very well last you until end game.
However if you're a bit short you might want to set aside some pl for MR 12 because then you'll unlock a lot of top tier weapons that do cost a lot more.

tbh i have a lot of good mods rn, just wondering what to choose for the time being cuz i heard glaive P is really good

@OP, this Naberus Event has the Ceti Lacera BP, it just comes once per year! It is MR 12 too and a really cool Melee. Steel Path approved!

on your MR Level i also would check out Invasions and the Trash Events like the ever returning Thermia Ruptures or similar Things. You will find Weapons with the Words: Ceti, Vandal or Wraith there. There are some cool Stats and the Riven Dispo of these Weapons is amazing.

Rivens for the Dera Vandal Weapon, you can get in Invasions, will start at MR 8 on Riven Dispo 4, thats game-breaking Stuff. Vandal, Wraith and Ceti is Prime too. Just another word for it.

I would also check out all Syndicates for Weapon Categories you like. Then invest hard Plat into that or climb in the Syndicates yourself. There are AMAZING Stats for your Level in there on some with absolutely broken Riven Dispos in your Favor.

Glaive is a bit different from other melee weapons, I suggest you even more to try another one easier to farm and see if it does suits you. Or look video about it; it's a very strong weapon but it needs a bit of adjustment, and the big downside is it cost WAY much more than the reaper.

I believe it's not worth paying for syndicate since you will need to max some anyway and therefore get the weapons in it; then you'll probably be able to trade them to other player of a different syndicate. I wouldn't say they're that strong compared to the others talked about before in this thread, but some are definitely strong and worth picking. And you should pick lacera ceti if you can.

My bad, i thought you want weapons at MR11 that can help with killing/mission and going forward, If you already have a strong loadouts then just get any prime weapons you can get at your MR Lvl for MR Points. Keep it then you can use it whenever you like later.

Get primes for the guns you love to use the most, however I suggest Phantasma and Fulmin as primary and the Pyrana Prime for secondary.
