There are 2 Approaches:
Stealth with Wisp. Open a new and empty Mod Loadout Config and mod her for Movement Speed, Aim Glide Duration [Aero Vantage] and [Boreal's Anguish]. Now you are PERMA-Invisible while you aimglide... Aimglide will also be extremely comfortable with no Gravity.... Skip all other Mods, there is no combat.
Your Weapon of Choice with Wisp should be a Glaive, excluding the Orvius! The Orvius could sabotage your Stealth with the way he holds enemies in the Air. I recommend the Falcor or the Xoris, but the Xoris only with a Riven! Glaive Prime is of course an awesome Choice too.
The second Approach is Loki modded for Movement Speed: Your Weapon of Choice is the Skiajati this time. You will be invisible for 5 Seconds for every Stealth-Finisher you perform. You wont have more time to jump from enemy to enemy or on the next wall to hang there and to breathe.
This is why you take Loki! You wanna hang on that Wall endlessly and plan your next Move. If you want this Approach, but without the Spiderman Acrobatics, use Mirage! She will gain Speed by performing Parcour Moves. This only works if you never stand still.
It's been a while, I'm currently stuck on MR 25, but I admit i have not been practicing much as I'm in no hurry and don't get much for it. With that I think it's mostly psychological as I sort of hate archwings.
At any rate, if this is the test I think it is, I didn't have many problems if I recall, as it's mostly a mental exercise. You can cheeze it with a Wisp build or whatever if you really want to though. Also remember Banshee silences weapons.
I seem to remember in the stealth missions one of the tricks was to watch the patrols and clear some of them when they are close together with a ground slam. Seriously, that sounds counter-intuitive for a stealth mission, but it does help for a couple of the cheezier "how do I kill them both" bits and I figured that out in an earlier mission. Basically if you drop them both at the same time, neither reports you, just need to be out of range of anyone else.
Also remember there is another option besides using a ranged melee weapon. If you've done the stuff for Excalibur Umbra you should have a weapon called "Skianji". If you read the description of this weapon you will note that it turns you invisible for 5 seconds on a finisher, stealth attacks are considered finishers, and of course these missions are designed to be doable with just a regular melee stealth kill. Thus this is an ideal weapon to mod and use for this kind of weapon.
If you want to be extremely cheap it should be pretty easy to just use Wisp's invis passive, and Skianji to turn invis from the kills itself, and run through the entire mission murdering everyone. If you see those patrols that like crossover, just jump to them as wisp and ground slam to take them both out.
