Does anyone know where the Warframe Launcher Exe is located on the Steam version?

Drive you installed it to \Steamapps\common\Warframe

Steam folder (standard would be under Programs (x86) I think, or where you did choose to install it instead) -> steamapps -> common -> Warframe

Sadly i've already checked there, it only shows the main game's exe.

Sorry, didn't go far enough. It's in the tools folder inside the Warframe folder.

Ah ok.. in the Warframe folder there is another one named Tools, look in there. I think the launcher.exe there is what you are looking for.
