resetting progress

i tried this game years ago and am stuck on a ship, i kind of want to restard so i get the story and dont feal like a coma patient who just woke up in a world where everyone seems to know me, and at the same time i kind of want a intro, is there a way to delete my chr so i can start over?

You can replay tutorial and other quests. Go to Codex console or hit ESC and click "Quests" which then open Quests tab in the Codex.

If you are absolutely sure you want to restart the game then creating new account is the only option.

Never trade anything between your two accounts, both would get banned until the end of times (2035).
