I cannot help you with builds, but I will let you know that Conclave has very very few players which is why information is difficult to come across. You would be better off playing another game for PvP

At the moment pressing alt + f4 during conlave seems to be the most meta thing.

There are some weapons and warframes that tend to have advantages in conclave; some play styles are also encouraged by DE. Check the conclave syndicate offerings that Teshin used to offer in the relays; those mods and such will give an idea of what the devs are trying to encourage. That said, I tended to use Excalibur if one has has low investment and having one fast weapon and one high damage semi auto along with a favored melee tends to be a good basic balance. If you don't mind Ash and his ninja-ness, one of my best rivals back when conclave was more populated used to use his abilities and a Hek or other shotgun of choice to good use. In general though, being able to move fast and out of standard viewing angles will beat durability investment (especially the mods that slow you in exchange). They can work, just many didn't like them as much in comparison.

i you wanna ruin everyone's fun while winning, grind arbiter rep to get the duel melee weapons that suck people in it, they thought it would be cool to let that work in the conclave for some reason so you can just suck people into your meat grinder of a slide attack and kill them if they even come remotely close to you

Karak, because its stats are overtuned for an automatic rifle.
Lex, because it one-shots light frames.
Wolf Sledge or any weapon with innate Toxin, because the former can block while charging a throw and the latter bypasses shields.

Sadly Wolf Sledge can't be used in conclave anymore but the orvius is a fun alternative.
