Next nightwave season?

Anyone know when it starts? Also why would they end the last one without a replacement? why not just let it go on until they have a new season lined up & ready to go?

Totally agreed upon this question and the solution presented seems to be the most rather logic solution to it.

Although, I've been noticing that Digital Extremes doesn't like to have their products well poslished and oiled to prevent this sort of questioning and complaints in these last few years. It's almost as if the players and/or customers need to complain in order to get some basic stuff done to get their product streamlined.

They're not even being good to themselves because it they already had the next NightWave season ready to align right after the end of the previous one it'd also be a more enticing rewards for new players alike that are probably jusy disembarking from the D(o)u(bt)viri(i) 'update' into WarFrame. It's that sort of we're always the forking "beta testers" mentality that it's really starting to annoy me even after being around the game all these years (i.e., around 5-6).

Maybe after the next Cert build. Idk though, I think they had some issues and that's why it was delayed as it was supposed to release on the 18th. They also paused hotfixes until they can get the next Cert build out so that's what makes me think that. (any code changes require a cert build for consoles afaik so it'd make sense that if some nightwave code needed changes, we'd have to wait for sony and microsoft to allow them to patch the game).

forgot about them. I did some research and apparently some games have taken up to 4 weeks for the build to be certified...
So basically DE has finished the build and everything but they have to wait for 3 other companies(no clue how iOS contributes to this since the game is in beta on there) to finish their job before they can push the update out :(

Although I really have no clue, it could update next week, who knows.

It should be coming soon there is usually a bit of a gap between nightwave seasons.

Because thats how they roll.
Also, spoiler alert, they don't know how their stuff works anymore, so just to be safe, there has to be about a week of nothing between NW seasons.
Also makes someone feel more powerful by having to give approval to start the next one instead of having it planned out and running on automatic.

This time it is extra delayed, with no announced date, because they are waiting for the cert to pass on all platforms. Yes, for realz, NW is reliant on some hardcoded shizzle.
