Boltor incarnon stat changes depend on the Boltor weapon you're using, one evolution is towards status, another is critical and another is a mix.

These are then adjusted to boltor, telos boltor and boltor prime and in the case of boltor prime, the max status added is 10% for 2 of the evolutions, implying that 10% is already good enough and that you should pick the one with the critical added to it.

Yes, it kinda renders 1 choice useless, but that's for boltor prime only.
