If you're pushing lvl9999 enemies, he probably won't do the best.
If you're running regular SP then he is more than capable.
Is he the strongest or best at what he does (damage increase and melee)? No.
Is he able to solo SP with little effort? Not really.
Can he do nearly all of the content in the game? Yes.
However, he is Energy intensive and he takes quite a few Forma.
worst frame? nope (Hydroid is offended)
arguably the most useful Helminth? yes
his forma/Umbral cost is through the roof too
So, Sevagoth passive is allowing him to revive himself after 5 enemy kills. But, i just realized that the assassin that killed me yesterday is just gone and count his job done XD
Like wtf...
He's pretty strong, but he is very unusual to both build and play compared to most frames.
Will try this i guess. Idk if its worth it or nah
when people say sev is bad, what they mean is, he's forma intensive. if you're willing to work with sevagoth, he will put out numbers, big ones at that
You can't use hydroid properly that's on you but people should stop saying hydroid is useless.
it's even more hypocrite when it's in a post to defend another warframe (sevagoth for you) not being useless because people can't understand it.
Sevagoth is dps support : Damage debuff, life leech, gloom who allow easy headshot and in Sevagoth's shadow form you can pack enemy with the 1.
Hydroid is CC support : impact proc, ragdoll enemy with the wave, can perma control a zone with tentacles from his 4 and his passive, can grip enemy (seem to work on enemy with overguard).
They both have their role and they're both useful as long as you understand that, then the only problem of hydroid is the absurd number of monkeys who only think about dps and forget CC can be useful (often the same people who say hydroid is useless and sevagoth is godlike).
