Unbearable Loading Times

This game has gotten painfully slow on every loading screen, from booting the game up to every before and after mission, taking minutes to complete. I've already tried optimizing game files, computer files, restarting, updating drivers and other attempts to fix this but nothing is working. This seems to only happen for Warframe, as everything else in my computer works just fine. This problem gradually started happening on and off a ways before the Duviri update but now has gotten to the point of making the game basically unplayable.

I noticed that playing on enhanced engine, the game loaded way significantly faster(nearly instant). Using the old engine the game took a very long time to load for some reason.

I've tried it on both Enhanced and Classic and it didn't seem to make any difference to me. I've even lowered just about every graphic setting I could to try improving performance but none of it affected the mission loads
