Durviri - Asesemble the Shrine - Fix

Tested over 3 days with public groups and friends, as host or party member:

This objective can show up as a story step in the Duviri paradox update when you are playing the 'experience' mode where it mixes both story and side quests. This objective has the tendency to glitch out and become impossible to finish, leading to a soft locked state for the entire run if it happens to be a story requirement. In order to fix this, *The entire party has to be present and help with the shrine assembly* to finish the event without issue.

I have been playing the update and have encountered this issue among many others. The shrine can be the most troublesome, however. I hope this helps other players avoid frustrations.

As a side note, if your run meets a dead end due to a glitch, get a new decree and then leave. It will save your progress up to that point. If you are experiencing lockpicking chests that cannot be completed, or do not open after being completed, that can be due to host issues. The host can open them just fine, but party members will not be able to open them and the chest will remain *uninteractable for everybody* after that point.
