I think it's only the last decree granted by the main objective. Side objectives don't count. I agree this should be either reworded though or changed to be actually true. Ideally the latter.

Sid objectives worked for me. Are you looking at the end of mission window? If so, none of what you got will be shown there. That's normal. But if you look in your inventory you keep all the stuff you got since your last decree.

I tested this by getting a weapon part from an owl puzzle. Then did a random side objective for a decree and quit the mission. The weapon part was in my inventory afterwards.

If you want to test it, write down how many intrinsic points you have, go into Duviri, do a couple side objectives, and then quit. You will have more intrinsic points than you had before.

Just had a Excavator run where 2 people left, then after merging that one player who stayed dced and left me alone with an endless mission. 25minutes for nothing, all rewards erased!

You do actually get them, it just doersnt show on the reward screen.
Was on a 2 hour run, left because an enemy bugged, though I lost 200 intrinisics because it wasnt in reward screen. Went to duviri and the intrinisics were there to be used.

So i was told, but as I mentiond on a later reply, when I went to the foundry all the resources I collected weren't there. The obvious sign was the 32 Eevani I collected being missing. So no it literally did not save my rewards/progress.

Yea, this game/content is so buggy. I did a 3 hour farm. Decree Exhausted and complete the main quest and all I have is 3 percent of what I farmed. I was mostly farming for Kovnic and farm about 200 and in the end, all I got was 3 Kovnic...

The game saving your progress on last earned decree, even if it was earned through side activity is definitely the intended behavior.

That said it bugs out often. Sometimes erasing all progress, especially if you got the mission failed screen after leaving. Sometimes it saves just the stuff you got as a reward for completing objectives, but not drops collected in the world.

So when you want to farm then finish the main objectives and farm after. Make sure to leave through the extraction portal. Now, after a while the portal model and marker may disappear but it will still work and it's always in the same place.

It's a mess honestly. Thankfully the entire main mission chain can be finished pretty quickly.

Also, NEVER risk host migration. If the host is leaving you leave, always.
