Maybe go into recruit chat and ask if there are any Hildryns to help you out
As for frames with no shield such as Inaros, it will drain the health instead.
But for early stages, try recruiting chat for assistance.
I don't really enjoy hijack mission tho, but the mission was easy.
i like exterminate, defense, mobile defense, capture, excavation, and survival.
so in summery start mission cap 1 tower cap the enimys move from tower to tower capturing more enimys as you go chill at tower with those you trapped (eg vauban vortex suck em up make sure strength is as low as possible so they take longer to die to respawn)
As others have mentioned, you can always ride on top of the objective and just focus on shooting, dismounting when shield management (or opening blast doors, in the Grineer Hijack missions) becomes necessary.
Yareli's Merulina can power the objective;
Trinity's Blessing, Mag's Polarize, Styanax's Rally Point, Harrow's Condemn, Caliban's Lethal Progeny, a Sentinel (any sentinel)'s Guardian, or Raksa Kubrow's Protect can refill your shields swiftly, off the top of my head.
You can also just mod for high shield capacity and/or fast recharge, and try to give your shields space often enough to recharge without being fully drained, as the recharge delay is significantly longer if your shields are entirely depleted.
If you just want to get it over with for a resource investment, grab the Small Squad Shield Restore blueprint from the Market, and throw some Ferrite and Credits at that blueprint here and there until you have a decent handful of them, slot them into your Gear Wheel (and optionally make sure you have an easy-to-reach keybind for that slot in your Gear Wheel), and pop a few of those throughout the mission.
Also, popping 8 of the Small Shield Restores (each is worth 140 shields if you're in range for all 4 of their pulses) at the beginning of the mission, before engaging with the enemy or anything, will give you 1,120 points of overshields, just shy of the 1,200 cap.
(Of course, if you have access to a higher tier of the Shield Restores, so much the better. The Large Shield Restores, for instance, can get you to the cap of 1,200 overshields with just one of them.)
Good luck!
